Pharmacy delivery software your driver can actually follow.
Routly plans the round, sends it to your driver’s phone, records proof of delivery at every door and shows you where they are — without anybody ringing anybody. £49.95 a month, flat.
Works with or without a PharmGrowth website.

From the dispensary to the doorstep.
A pharmacy round, not a courier route: fridge lines and controlled drugs first, patient notes on every stop, and proof at the door.
Schedule the day
Pick today’s patients from the saved database — address, instructions, CD or fridge flag already there — and add any one-offs.
Routly plans the round
Stops ordered by real distance with ETAs, fridge and time-critical items early. Reoptimise if something changes.
The driver follows it
On their own phone: next stop, patient notes, navigation and flags. They clock in when they start.
Proof at the door
Signature or photo, timestamp and location. A CD handover needs the right proof before the stop can close.
You see all of it
Live map, what is done, what failed. Patients get “on its way” and “delivered” messages.
Shifts, mileage, invoices
Clock-out closes the shift; the invoice generator settles per-drop or hourly pay with deductions.

How deliveries get into Routly.
The question every pharmacy should ask a delivery vendor is how deliveries get in. Here is ours: Routly does not currently integrate directly with any PMR.
- Patients live in Routly’s own database — name, address, phone, delivery instructions, priority, CD and fridge tags — entered once
- Each day your team schedules who is going out; for a regular round that takes a few minutes
- One-off deliveries are added in seconds
- If a supported export from your PMR would help, tell us which system you use

Routly: questions owners ask
01Do I need a PharmGrowth website?
No. Routly works on its own, with its own staff and driver logins. If you do have a PharmGrowth website or patient app, delivery updates can reach patients through them.
02What does the driver need?
Any modern smartphone and a browser. The driver portal installs to the home screen; there is nothing to download from a store.
03Does Routly integrate with my PMR?
Not directly. Patients, addresses, delivery instructions and flags are saved in Routly once; each day your team schedules who is going out. We say so plainly because it matters more than a feature list.
04How is proof of delivery recorded?
Signature, photo, timestamp and location at the door, with a recorded reason for any failed drop. CD and fridge items are flagged to the driver and every record is searchable by patient.
05What does it cost?
£49.95 a month, or £499.95 a year, per pharmacy account. Monthly billing, cancel any time.
06Does it handle driver pay?
Drivers clock in and out in the app, and Routly records drops, shifts and mileage. The invoice generator produces per-drop or hourly invoices with deductions and a signature.
