01Do I really pay nothing until I have seen it?
Yes. We build the demo first and send you a link. If you don’t like it you walk away at no cost.
02How long does a demo take?
A website demo is usually ready in about seven days.
03What do you need from me?
Pharmacy name, postcode, opening hours, the services you offer, your GPhC and company details, and a logo if you have one.
Pricing and billing
01What does it cost?
PharmGrowth Starter is £49.95 a month with no setup fee; Plus is £129.95 a month with a one-off £399 setup; the patient app is quoted per pharmacy. SEO management and social media management are £29.95 a month each.
02Am I tied into a contract?
No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time.
03When does billing start?
After you have approved the demo and told us to go live.
Ownership and data
01Who owns the domain?
You do. It stays registered in your pharmacy’s name; we can manage the DNS without owning the name.
02Who owns the content and the form data?
You do. Both are exported on request, and the data processing terms are in the agreement every client signs.
03Where is patient data stored?
In our Supabase database, with row-level security so each pharmacy only sees its own data. Full detail is in our data protection statement.
Products and integrations
01Does any of it connect to the NHS App, EPS or my PMR?
No. Requests land in your dashboard for your team to action in the usual way.
02What do the add-ons cover?
SEO management looks after your local search presence month to month. Social media management produces posters and posts under your pharmacy’s brand. Both sit on top of any website plan and can be cancelled at any time.
03Is Google Merchant Centre extra?
No. Merchant Centre listing and management is included with PharmGrowth Plus, so your shop products appear on Google at no extra monthly cost.
