PharmGrowth / PharmIQPharmIQ

The jobs nobody gets round to, done for you.

Get the pages written, the listings tidied and the artwork made, so the work that grows a pharmacy stops waiting on a free afternoon.

Included with your plan. Nothing clinical, ever.

What it does

Built into the work, not bolted on.

PharmIQ is not a chatbot. It sits behind the parts of PharmGrowth that need words, listings and artwork produced every month, and it hands them to you finished.

What it produces

A month of content, waiting for your nod.

Posts, posters and page drafts arrive written around what your pharmacy is actually pushing. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Drafts waiting for approval in the operations portal
Where it stops

It writes. You decide.

This is deliberately a narrow tool. It touches the website and the marketing, and nothing else. It cannot see your PMR, it is not part of a clinical check, and it does not talk to patients.

  • No access to your PMR, EPS or the NHS App
  • No part in dispensing or any clinical check
  • No contact with patients
  • Nothing published without a person approving it
How we handle data →
Why it matters

The reason service pages never get written.

It is not that owners do not know what to say. It is that writing a page, making a poster and keeping both current is a job nobody has an afternoon for.

A page per service

Every service you offer gets a real page instead of a line on a list, which is what makes it findable at all.

Something to put up

A month of window and social artwork, in your branding, without booking a designer.

Margin kept

Lines whose cost has crept up get flagged for review instead of quietly eroding your profit.

Time back

Less drafting, tidying and chasing, more of the day spent on the counter.

Questions

The ones we get asked

01

Does PharmIQ make clinical decisions?

No. It drafts and designs marketing and website content. It has no part in dispensing, clinical checks or any decision about a patient’s care, and it never will.

02

Does it publish anything on its own?

No. Everything waits in your operations portal until someone at the pharmacy approves it. It never changes a price on its own either — it flags, you decide.

03

Is patient data used to train it?

No. Patient and customer data collected through your site is yours, held under our data processing agreement, and is not used to train models.

04

Do I have to use it?

No. It sits behind the website, shop, SEO and social media work. If you would rather write and price everything yourself, the portal works exactly the same.

05

Does it cost extra?

No. It is part of the website plans and the SEO and social media add-ons, rather than a separate line on your bill.

Nothing to pay yet

We build the demo with your services on it first, so you can see what it produces before you decide anything.
