Switch provider without losing anything.
Moving a pharmacy website goes wrong in four ways: the domain, the rankings, the form submissions in the gap, and content you thought you owned. We build the new site first, map every old page with permanent redirects, and move the domain only when you say so.
The switch, in order.
Six steps, and none of them start with cancelling your current contract.
Find out what you own
Domain registrant, contract notice period, content copies, form data. We help you check before you give notice.
Build the new site first
The full site on a temporary address, with your services, forms and disclosures, reviewed by you.
Map every old URL
Old services page to new services index, old travel page to new travel page. Permanent redirects for all of it.
Move the domain
DNS pointed at the new site, certificate issued, redirects tested, sitemap resubmitted.
Test the forms
A real submission through every form, landing in your dashboard, before we call it done.
Watch the fortnight after
Search Console checked for crawl errors; any missed URL gets its redirect the same day.

Fix what the old site got wrong.
A switch is the moment to correct the things that cost nominations.
- A page per NHS and private service, named the way patients search
- Repeat and nomination forms landing in a dashboard, not an inbox
- GPhC, superintendent and company details current and visible
- Pharmacy structured data so Google reads your hours and address
- Unlimited content changes, done by us, from then on
See the new site before you give notice.
We build it first. Compare it with what you have. Switch only if it is better.
Switching: questions owners ask
01Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the move is done properly. We map every old page that has traffic to its equivalent with permanent redirects, keep your domain, and resubmit the sitemap. Expect minor fluctuation for two to four weeks, not a loss.
02What if my current provider owns my domain?
Get it transferred into your name before you give notice; that is the one step that cannot be skipped. We can help you work out who the registrant is.
03Will there be downtime?
No. The new site is built and approved on a temporary address, then the domain is pointed at it.
04Is there a minimum term with PharmGrowth?
No. Monthly billing, cancel any time, and your domain, content and data are yours if you leave.
