About PharmGrowth
PharmGrowth (pharmgrowth.co.uk) provides website design, hosting and maintenance services, the White Label App, the Routly delivery management platform and Ledgerly invoice capture for independent pharmacies, and, from its launch, the ConsultRx consultation platform. By using our services you agree to these terms.
Services
We offer the plans described on our pricing page — PharmGrowth Starter, PharmGrowth Plus and White Label App. PharmGrowth Starter includes website design, hosting, maintenance, service pages, patient forms and the admin dashboard. PharmGrowth Plus additionally includes the online shop, customer accounts and card payments, and carries a one-off setup fee as published on the pricing page. Routly, Ledgerly and, from its launch, ConsultRx are separate products with their own pricing and are not included in a website plan unless a quote says so. White Label App adds a white label app and is priced individually by quote, available for eligible pharmacies and groups. We reserve the right to update plan features with reasonable notice.
Payment
All plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe, using the payment method saved at checkout. Payment is due on the same date each month from the date your website goes live. Domain registration costs are invoiced separately on an annual basis.
Setup
PharmGrowth Starter and PharmGrowth Plus websites are typically delivered within 7 days of receiving all required information from the client. White Label App sites may take 2–3 weeks. Timelines depend on the client providing accurate and complete information promptly.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate pharmacy information, logo and branding materials
- Ensure all content supplied is accurate, lawful and GPhC compliant
- Notify us promptly of any changes to opening hours, services or contact details
- Pay domain renewal invoices within 14 days to avoid service interruption
Intellectual property
Website designs, code and templates remain the intellectual property of PharmGrowth. Client-specific content (logo, pharmacy name, text) belongs to the client. Upon cancellation, clients may request an export of their content within 30 days.
Liability
PharmGrowth is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue or patients arising from website downtime, errors or omissions. We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Cancellation
See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Data protection
Our processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy and data protection statement. Client pharmacies sign our data processing agreement in the client portal before using the admin dashboard.
