PharmGrowth / Platform / VAT returns · Ledgerly VAT returns · Ledgerly

Pharmacy paperwork, turned into usable numbers.

Scan, forward or photograph every wholesaler invoice. Ledgerly reads it, checks the arithmetic and VAT number, catches duplicates and gaps in a run, and hands your accountant a clean VAT-split export. Your accountant still files.

From £99 a month. Monthly billing, cancel any time.

How it works

Three ways in, one clean export out.

The pile of wholesaler invoices is the least enjoyable hour of a pharmacy owner’s month. Ledgerly takes the reading and checking off you.

01

Invoices arrive

Scan-to-email from the scanner you already have, Outlook or Gmail forwarding, or a photo from your phone.

02

Ledgerly reads and checks

Line items, quantities, net, VAT and totals extracted; arithmetic, VAT number, number-run gaps and duplicates checked.

03

You review the flags

Only the exceptions need you — a possible duplicate, a missing VAT number, a gap in a supplier run.

04

Your accountant gets the export

Every invoice split by VAT treatment with the input VAT and net purchases for boxes 4 and 7.

The things that quietly cost money.

Duplicated invoices get paid twice. Missing invoices in a run never get credited. Neither is visible in a shoebox.

  • Duplicates flagged before you pay them twice
  • Missing invoice numbers in a supplier run surfaced automatically
  • Zero-rated and standard-rated lines split for boxes 4 and 7
  • Supplier spend over twelve months, so you can see where the money goes

Does Ledgerly file my VAT return?

No. Ledgerly prepares the purchase side: every invoice read, checked and split by VAT treatment, exported for your accountant. Your accountant applies your partial exemption method and files the return.

02

How do invoices get in?

Scan-to-email from the scanner you already have, forwarding from Outlook or Gmail, or a photo from your phone.

03

What does it check?

Arithmetic, the supplier VAT number, gaps in a supplier’s invoice number run, and duplicates against invoices already processed.

04

What does it cost?

From £99 a month per pharmacy. Monthly billing, cancel any time.

05

Do I need a PharmGrowth website?

No. Ledgerly is a standalone product with its own login.
