Does your pharmacy have its own website?
Can patients nominate you (EPS) through it, any time of day?
Can patients order repeat prescriptions online?
Does every service you offer have its own page?
Is your Google Business Profile claimed, with current hours?
Have you replied to your last five Google reviews?
Do online enquiries reach someone who acts on them the same day?
Does your site work properly on a phone?
Do you know how many enquiries your website produced last month?
Could a patient find your delivery areas without phoning?

We’ll turn your ten answers into a prioritised fix list for your pharmacy — what to do first, what it costs (often nothing), and what to skip.
How it works
The digital presence quiz scores a pharmacy out of 100 across the things that decide whether patients find and choose it online: whether it has a website and what the site does, whether the Google Business Profile is claimed and complete, whether patients can request repeats and nominate online, how reviews are handled, and whether services are visible. Each answer carries a weight reflecting how much that item affects nominations and bookings in practice.
How the score works
Items that bring patients in directly — a claimed profile, a page per service, working repeat and nomination forms — carry the most weight. Items that build trust — reviews, real photographs, current hours — carry a moderate weight. Purely cosmetic items carry little.
How to read the result
- Under 40: patients who search for you are probably finding a competitor. Start with the Google profile, then the website.
- 40–70: the basics exist but the forms or the service pages are missing. That is where the growth is.
- Over 70: the fundamentals are in place; the next gains are in retention (repeat forms, notifications, possibly an app) and private-service visibility.
The score comes with the three highest-impact fixes for your answers. The website checklist and the complete page list go into detail.
