Your postcode
We check a two-mile radius — roughly the distance patients realistically travel.
Unlock the list — and how you compare
See who they are, and get the visibility comparison: whose profile and website patients actually find first when they search in your area, and what would put you top.
How it works
The competition checker lists the other pharmacies within a short distance of your postcode, so you can see how crowded your local market is. Nominations and service bookings are won locally; knowing who else is competing for the same patients tells you how much visibility work the pharmacy has to do.
How it works
The postcode is geocoded and nearby pharmacies are found from public business data within a fixed radius. Results depend on how each pharmacy is listed and may include closed or relocated premises; treat the list as a starting point rather than an audit.
How to read the result
- Several pharmacies within a mile means patients have a choice at every prescription. The pharmacy that is easiest to find and easiest to use online wins the drift.
- Few or none nearby means the local market is yours to lose — usually to a distance-selling pharmacy rather than a neighbour.
- Either way, the practical response is the same: a complete Google Business Profile, a page per service and forms patients finish.
Run the Google profile check on yourself and on the nearest competitor, then read the local SEO guide for what to do about the gap.
