Counter scripts and patient messages you can use today.

Nomination scripts that work at the counter, compliant review-request wording, and the messages that stop the phone ringing. Free, and yours to edit.

What’s in the pack

Three counter scripts for winning nominations, two review-request approaches, and a one-pager structure for your services. Preview below — unlock to read everything.

Nomination script 1 — the new patient

"While I sort this — would you like us to receive your prescriptions automatically? It means they're ready when you arrive, and delivery's free if you ever need it. Takes thirty seconds to set up."

Use at first collection. The value is stated before the ask, and the commitment is framed as tiny.
Nomination script 2 — the compliment

"That's kind of you — actually, the best thing you could do is let us handle your prescriptions properly. If we're your nominated pharmacy they come straight to us and we can have everything ready ahead of time. Want me to set that up now?"

A compliment is the highest-intent moment you will ever get. Convert it immediately.
Nomination script 3 — the frustrated switcher

"That sounds frustrating. If you like, we can take that over completely — you nominate us once, and from then on your prescriptions come here automatically. Most people find it just quietly works after that."

Empathy first, then the fix. Never criticise the other pharmacy — the contrast speaks for itself.
Review request — in person

"I'm really glad we could help. If you've got a minute at some point, a Google review makes a genuine difference to a small pharmacy like us — you just search our name and tap the stars."

Ask only after visible satisfaction, and make the mechanism sound as easy as it is.
Review request — on the bag / by text

"Thank you for choosing us. If we looked after you well, a quick Google review helps other local patients find us — search '[your pharmacy name]' and tap Review. It takes under a minute."

Printed on bag stickers or sent after a delivery. One sentence of ask, one of instructions.
Services one-pager — the structure

Top: your name, one line on who you help. Middle: NHS services in one column, private in the other — each as "problem → what we do → how to book". Bottom: hours, delivery areas, website and phone, large.

Print A5, till-side and in every delivery bag. The website version of this is your services page.
